Our decorations are not stickers, they are placed on the blade before curing and are therefore an integral part of it
Each decoration must be positioned with great precision because it will also be used to align the footpocket

Curing
The cooking of the pre-impregnated is done under vacuum by a process that we have developed and which allows to reduce the volume of the consumables
Each blade is precisely positioned by hand
Different techniques developed over the years allow us to obtain, after polymerization, very high quality blades without any porosity and with excellent compaction of the different layers

Water rails set up
All water rails are installed by hand
This operation requires a great dexterity, the glue takes very fast, no second chance if it is misplaced

Footpocket set up
Whatever it is, the footpocket must be perfectly positioned on the blade
For bespoke footpockets, positioning varies depending on size
It takes a very good knowledge of the particularities of each foot to make a made to measure Footpocket
