These blades are recommended for events that require maneuverability and skill.To choose the right stiffness, it is also important to consider its weight and level of practice. Compared to a plastic blade, glass fiber will give you better propulsion and less fatigue.If you want to use them for sprint events as well, you'll have to take a more flexible grade.
