Medium size sport diving and scubadiving bifins that allow for tight turns and fast reclaunch. The activation is faster than with longer fins. E Glass fiber will give you 30-40% more performance than a plastic fin. You can choose a branded closed-heel footpocket or a custom-made open-heel footpocket. This one frees the rotation of the ankle in all directions and thus increases the finning's amplitude and the efficiency thanks to a more precise foot positioning on the blade . Finally, it facilitates direction changes. It takes a little time to get used to it.

Use
These bifins are recommended for manikin events where their maneuverability and power are highly appreciated. To choose the right stiffness, it is also important to consider its weight and level of practice. Compared to a plastic blade, glass fiber will give you better propulsion and less fatigue.If you want to use them for sprint events as well, you'll have to take a more flexible grade.
