These blades are recommended for manikin events where their maneuverability and power are highly appreciated. To choose the right stiffness, it is also important to consider its weight and level of practice. Compared to a plastic blade, glass fiber will give you better propulsion and less fatigue.If you want to use them for sprint events as well, you'll have to take a more flexible grade.
