Use
These blades are particularly suitable for precision events, their power allows you to reduce your efforts and control your heart rate. They are ideal for a very minimalist movement. The stiffness will depend on your weight and use. For exclusive use in precision events, flexibility is preferred. For use in biathlon, you should choose a harder one.
