The energy return transferred to the blade significantly increases, resulting in a much more efficient propulsion. A must have for an easy learning of the undulating movement. Use
This monofin is suitable for all levels of freedivers, from beginners to competitors. It anables a good learning of the undulation movement. The contribution of carbon C5 and its very good energy return will allow you to save and reduce the oxygen consumption. A hard monofin gives more power but consumes more energy.
