Free diving wing monofin 600 mm length C8 carbon
Wing monofin. It benefits from our latest improvements for a full efficient and fluid undulation. C8 carbon blade with AST structure, nautical NACA profile wings and A 240 daggerboards on the blade. It is a monofin with zero buoyancy. To reduce ankle strain and improve hydrodynamics, the custom open-heeled shoe features a 3D-printed sole that elevates the foot by 25° from the blade. These improvements have reduced the weight by 1.4 kg compared to the previous version.
A monofin dedicated to performance. Its larger blade develops more power. It enables the most efficient and fluid undulation. The wings naturally give it rigidity, so stiffness grades are limited to 3. The stiffness will be different according to the size of the athlete, his experience and his technique to cover the greatest distance in apnea. If you practice the slow option, sparseness and great amplitude of movements, you will have to privilege flexibility. If you rely on your ability to move quickly in apnea, higher frequency and reduced amplitude, you will have to opt for a more important hardness.
