This one frees the rotation of the ankle in all directions and thus increases the finning's amplitude and the efficiency thanks to a more precise foot positioning on the blade. Use
These bifins are suitable for dynamic freediving in large and small pools. Powerful, they are still easy to handle and facilitate relaunch after a turn. Glass fiber will allow you a strong progression compared to plastic fins. For stiffness, in addition to your size, it is essential to know what technique you will use to cover the greatest distance in apnea. If you practice the slow option, few movements with great amplitude, you should prefer flexibility.
